Th Mutts surfaced among the legacy of bands like The Beatles, Rolling Stones & The Faces as well as classic R&B artists like Jessie Fuller & Carl Perkins.

In musical style and lyrical content, Th Mutts music reflects their distinctive mix of urban and regional, British and Kiwi backgrounds but always holding true to the cultural diversity of post-colonial West Auckland.

With their style honed at the now famous Waiheke 'Lads nights' Th Mutts have taken the rock and blues world of West Auckland by storm.
